They do speak English. ( I think the name is Podologia )

Jus a word of caution on this subject: Many years ago I had terrible problems as a result of not checking out a podiatrist/chiropodist's qualifications. There is a huge difference between those with a Diploma of Podiatric Medicine and some other qualifications (some of which can be earned on a two week course!
You might like to check out this site to get an overall picture. You can then check whoever you go to has the qualifications that you are prepared to let loose on your feet! Good luck!
